In A Nutshell...
My Process
I will be spending a week at each center capturing all of the photos. I set up on Monday typically, and then begin shooting on Tuesday morning. I break up the center into 2 or 3 rooms a day depending on the size of the center and how many kids sign up. In the end, every child will have a gallery of 10-20 images. Once I get done shooting it takes me approximately 2-3 weeks from that day, to get through all of the editing. The results are worth the wait, I promise!
Sign-Up Online
Each child MUST be registered for Picture Week by signing up online. There is a CONSENT at the end of the online form that I need submitted for EVERY child. This also allows me to build a database of all of the family's information so that I communicate directly with each parent through the entire process.
Payment
The week before Picture Week you will send home the Life In The Day Of envelopes with every child that I will provide. They simply turn in their payment for each child using that envelope. If they are paying for more than one child, they can use one envelope with the siblings name(s) written in the space provided on the back of the envelope.
Galleries & Orders
After the parents receive their gallery code from me, they will be able to view their images as well as explore the online store I have set up now. The $25 they paid for sign-up can be used to pick out 1 digital image or it can be applied to any of the other Digital Packages they will see in the store.

I have worked in Child Care Centers for almost as long as I can remember. I know how they operate like the back of my hand which means picture day at your center will be child-centered, laid back, and never forced or stressful for you or the children.
When I come to your center for pictures, you are not only getting an experienced, professional photographer, you are also getting a fully Qualified Child Development professional who has been background checked more than probably anyone else in town, who could say- take pictures in your infant room while your Infant Teacher takes her 30-minute break?? (If the babies allow me to lol) Or, hang out in your Pre-K classroom taking pictures and helping out while your second Pre-K teacher runs to a doctor's appointment?? This could be the start of a beautiful relationship! =)

$5 per badge
Do you need employee ID badges made? I can do that too! I will photograph your teachers as well as design custom-made ID badges for all of your staff!

Giving Back
I believe in giving back and paying things forward. One way I do that is by donating 5% of all sales back to your center for you to use however you choose. Order some new books for your classrooms or maybe treat your amazing teachers to a surprise lunch!
